Team Support Services, Inc. was selected as a sub-consultant to provide administrative services.

Our responsibilities include providing administrative support to staff including composing, editing, and proofreading general correspondence, memos, and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and consistency.

In addition, Team Support provides reception desk operation including greeting and assisting visitors. We maintain staff calendar and coordinate and set up high-level conference calls, board and management meetings, and special events. We also assist senior staff in office management. This includes file management, copying, faxing, supply purchasing and special procurement requests, mail distribution, travel and expense voucher preparation.

Other responsibilities include developing presentations materials for internal and external distribution, assisting in expediting the hiring of new personnel, creating and editing Change Order requests and Scope Change Orders, and posting documents to the shared network.
