Team Support Services, Inc. (TSS) has worked with major corporations in both New York and New Jersey for over nine years. As a certified Woman-owned Business Enterprise, TSS has supported the EWR Redevelopment Program, the AirTrain Newark Program and the Downtown Restoration Program (Phases I and II) providing cost management and administrative services. Other clients relying on TSS for administrative, clerical, or technical support include nationally known financial management institutions, and major airports in New York, New Jersey and Atlanta. TSS has also provided technical (database application development and implementation) services for engineering and construction corporations.

Since its inception, the TSS rate of turnover has been less than 7%. Management Team

Elizabeth Bovino is the President and CEO of Team Support Services, Inc. Her professional and business experience spans more than 20 years working in senior management positions. Ms. Bovino worked with major consulting companies for 10 years prior to founding the firm. She has an in-depth understanding of administrative processes and procedures, budgeting, accounting systems, executive reporting, and records management.

Ms. Bovino is currently the Senior Cost/Systems Analyst for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s Downtown Restoration Program. Previously, she performed this function for the Port Authority Phase II EWR Redevelopment and AirTrain Newark Programs. Responsibilities included design and development of database systems for all aspects of these Programs, with special emphasis in the cost control, budgeting and document control areas. Other responsibilities include public relations, report writing and software training.

Ms. Bovino received her Master of Business Administration with Concentration in Management Information Systems from St. Peters College, and Bachelor of Science - Management Information Systems from Dominican College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.



Margarita Morera serves as the Manager, Marketing and Administration, and M/WBE Coordinator for Team Support Services, Inc. In this capacity, she is responsible for Human Resource Management, as well as Business Development. With over 25 years of experience in the administrative and clerical fields, Ms. Morera has worked in both private, financial, and government agencies.

Prior to joining Team Support in 2000, Ms. Morera was the Office Manager for a major environmental company in New Jersey for 9 years. In that capacity, she supervised all clerical and administrative functions, in addition to handling the financial responsibilities of the company.

Ms. Morera is a Notary Public in the State of New Jersey.
